Need A Name
Okay, picked a 9 year old Chestnut. Not a looker like Lincoln but a personality and the sweetest face. I don't have a good picture yet. Now I need help with a name asap, one-syllable. Go!
Broken Road Weekend
Off to the ranch. First stop off is to look for a new horse. Will load some picks on choice. New ladder stand needs to be put together, so that's what I will be doing in this heat.

Things Gone Bad
Things went bad. After round and round of tag with Lincoln, he was tired enough for me to put on a halter. Rewarded him with some grazing. Then took him over to my two leads that were tired to opposite sides of a tree. Got one hooked onto his halter, he went biserk, reared up. I held on for dear life. Finally, I stopped hanging on he calmed down. Then I had to carefully unhook him. I don't say this ever, because I don't believe in giving up. But honestly this is not fun. I surrender. We have to sell this majestic beauty

No luck shed hunting in
No luck shed hunting in this 1,000 degree weather. Found a new spot for a stand though.
