Okay, this is not the norm of a contest question but here it goes. Being in the stand this past weekend started my undiagnosed ADHD once again. What I need from you is one thing that I wish I could have in a stand to ease my symptoms. It has to be something I can possibly use. Most creative and best answer will win this weeks bucks.

Going to build a sendaro by hand. Basically, it's a path. We're going to put a stand up in a place where the big bucks hang.

An hour and a half of nothing. It gave me time to ponder what I dislike most about sitting in a deer stand. It got me thinking of Wednesdays contest question. Oh, my back!

Sorry folks, was pretty much indoors all weekend. I was bein a Nana to my 6 month old grandbaby, Hadley.

Crockett and my 15 year old, Aaron got some work done cutting tons of trees that fell in last weeks rain storm. Yesterday, I went to bring some treats over to the horses. By accident all my fingers went into Jack's mouth. I felt my wedding band run across his teeth as I pulled out in time. Don't know how I did that. Crockett got on Jack and it was no good. He was bucking some but Crockett thinks it was the saddle, either it was cinched to tight or something on the old saddle was biting him. I hope it was that, otherwise we are going to be looking at these horses.

Off to El Rancho

That's ranch if you didn't know spanish. lol. At least I think it's right, only took 4 years of Italian.

Lincoln left, but not without a good run to catch him. New horse, relaxed and loving. Nameless though.

Beau has learned that since we blocked him from kicking the legs of the feeded, he can now place his hoof in the feed dish and empty the feeder in 2 hours. Time for another adjustment. Crockett has a plan.

Off to the ranch. First stop off is to look for a new horse. Will load some picks on choice. New ladder stand needs to be put together, so that's what I will be doing in this heat.

Things Gone Bad

Things went bad. After round and round of tag with Lincoln, he was tired enough for me to put on a halter. Rewarded him with some grazing. Then took him over to my two leads that were tired to opposite sides of a tree. Got one hooked onto his halter, he went biserk, reared up. I held on for dear life. Finally, I stopped hanging on he calmed down. Then I had to carefully unhook him. I don't say this ever, because I don't believe in giving up. But honestly this is not fun. I surrender. We have to sell this majestic beauty
